Step 2:  Enter your Reservation Number, Last Name, and First Name

Step 3:  Click on Search Reservation, then Continue

Step 4:  Select your flight date and click the box to confirm you have read and accepted the Reservations Terms and Conditions

Step 5:  Click Continue

Step 6:  Select your seats (if you have not done so previously)

Step 7:  Review the additional products you have purchased, such as baggage.  You can also add additional baggage at this point.  Remember, booking a bag online will save you money.

Step 8:  Click Continue

Step 9:  Retrieve your Boarding Pass.  There are 3 ways to do this:

  • Click Download to print and obtain a paper copy of your boarding pass or save it your mobile device.

  • Click Send Email to present the boarding pass through your mobile device. The boarding pass will be sent as an attachment to the email address you’ve provided.

IMPORTANT: NewLeaf only allows one boarding pass, per device, per customer.  If you are travelling in a group, each customer will need their own mobile device to present their boarding pass.  This policy also applies to customers travelling with infants and children.  Please note, you must be connected to Wi-Fi or to a wireless network to present this option.

  • You can have you boarding pass printed at the airport’s check-in counter for a fee of $10 (plus tax) per customer.  The only form of payment we accept are MasterCard, Visa and Debit (Interac).

Step 10:  Click Finish

IMPORTANT:  These steps must be repeated for each customer on the reservation.

If you do not have baggage to check-in when you arrive at the airport, you may proceed through security to the departure area and wait until the appropriate boarding call with your boarding pass.

If you have to check-in a bag, please proceed to NewLeaf’s check-in counter at the airport at least 60 minutes prior to your flight’s departure.
